Rod Cavin is an experienced and innovative leader with a background in market access strategy, brand planning, and organized customer sales and marketing. He has a proven track record of creating innovative solutions for clients to achieve growth.
He most recently led Health Strategies Group, a best-in-class US and EU market access research and consulting firm. Under his leadership the firm achieved significant growth and was sold to EVERSANA. In addition, he has held leadership roles in payer and IDN management as pharmacist leader and business development lead giving him a unique view of the needs of these customers.
Rod has worked with numerous pharmaceutical industry leaders to address the challenges of market access including new product entry planning, national account sales strategy, specialty product distribution, above brand customer planning, and health policy. He has extensive experience in emerging therapeutic areas including oncology, auto-immune, digital therapeutics, and rare disease.
Rod has a Bachelor’s of Pharmacy from the University of Iowa and MBA from the University of Illinois. He and his wife Kelly live in Newtown PA where they are active in their community.
