About Michael

Throughout his career, he has held a variety of leadership and management positions within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Mike has built sales organizations, launched multiple major brands across a variety of disease states, delivered sustained growth, and managed collaborations with partner companies. He has been a driving force behind multiple strategic transitions that assisted with the further development and refinement of business opportunities leading to unparalleled sales results. In his most recent role, Mike is the President of North America Commercial Operations at Stratpharma, a global leader in medical devices and pharmaceuticals.
Mike has served on numerous boards to include the USAA Insurance and Financial Services Advisory Panel, the Society of Federal Healthcare Agencies Sustaining Membership leadership committee, where he served as chair, the Board of Directors of the American Lung Association of the Southeast, the Georgia Southern University College of Science and Technology Advisory Board, the Department of Veterans Affairs Epilepsy Centers of Excellence National Advisory Board, and the American Lung Association of Georgia Leadership Board where he served as Chair.
While serving with the U.S. Marines in support of the Global War on Terrorism he spent extensive time abroad, providing leadership and planning in conjunction with anti-terrorism operations throughout the Horn of Africa and the Arabian Gulf. His skill set is further enhanced by his tactful, diplomatic approach and a focus on flawless execution. Mike retired from the Marine Corps in 2013 with the rank of lieutenant colonel after 24 years of service in the active and reserve components.
Mike holds a Master of Arts degree in business and management from Webster University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in public administration from the University of Southern California. He has also completed post graduate studies at Harvard School of Business, Stanford, Duke, and Northwestern University.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys the outdoors, hiking, biking and golfing, and spending time with his wife and three children where they reside in Ojai, California.
