Maria has over 30 years of project management and client services experience in companies providing outsourced contact center services to the Life Sciences industry. Her senior leadership roles include Head, Global Project Management, Diligent Health Solutions; Vice President of Medical Contact Center & Client Services, Ashfield Healthcare (now Inzio Medical); and Vice President & General Manager of Client Operations, Telerx (now C3i). She has led the implementation of dozens of medical and commercial programs, working closely with internal staff and client stakeholders to ensure programs are strategically planned and smoothly launched. To assure operational excellence, she stays closely involved in the critical hypercare period following program go-live.

Maria has written more than 100 health-related articles that have been published in newspapers, magazines, and on websites. She is a graduate of Temple University, and lives in the Philadelphia area with her husband, Rob.
