The Zensights “Adapt or Die” series assembles senior leaders from the BioPharma executive community to discuss viewpoints and examine trends shaping our industry.

The Adapt or Die invitation only meetings are exclusive to Zensights member subscribers and Executive Network participants. These bi-annual events feature dialog and networking with industry leaders in a private setting augmented by our proprietary research and thought leadership presentations.

Lieutenant General (Ret.) Rick Lynch, an expert on Adaptive Leadership and its potential applications in the Pharmaceutical Industry leads the events. General Lynch shares his insights and experience on the U.S. Military’s transformation and how these parallel relevant challenges facing today’s BioPharma industry.
